5 Spice PowderHot and delicious recipe for five spice beef

Ingredients for five spice beef:

1 teaspoon five-spice powder
1 / 2 teaspoon black pepper
500g (1 lb) rump steak
cooking oil for
3 teaspoons finely grated ginger
4 onions, cut into short lengths
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce

Directions for five spice beef:

1. When you want to try this recipe, keep in mind that you should first start with the mixture of five-spice powder and black pepper and rub into both sides of the meat. Then cut the meat into thin strips.

2. After that, heat the wok until very hot and add 1 tablespoon oil and swirl around to coat the base and side of wok. Sauted onions and ginger for about 1 minute, then remove from wok.

3. Then fry the meat in small batches until it becomes golden. Return all meat to the wok and add the soy sauce and oyster. Toss to coat the meat in the sauce and it must be served immediately.
