What are the health benefits of apple cider vinegar tablets? I take apple cider vinegar tablets in pill form, was told that they stimulate the immune system, get rid of the warts and make your hair grow faster, while being an appetite suppressant. Is all this true? I noticed that my hairs are softer and my skin is looking better since I started taking them.
Some people swear by it. Most people I surveyed said that it does not matter but they were all carbers low and does not include honey (not as a sweetener, but gluconic acid). I have been making Kombucha tea since January (I still do not know about the health claims, but I think it is something) and it is primarily acetic acid and gluconic acid composition of the same apple cider vinegar and honey.
One woman said her stepmother was literally transformed in 30 days - weight loss, hair grew, she looked 20 years younger. I tried to add to my diet, but I hit overload with Kombucha tea in my diet already. I do not recommend mixing both.
popular remedy Dr.Jarvis included 2 v. tea. raw apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons tea. raw honey with lunch and dinner.

Please strongly suggest Kombucha Tea. It uses real sugar, but yeasts and bacteria convert sugar and tea beneficial acids (acetic acid and gluconic and glucuronic precursors). I was drinking and brewing since January - it's just sugar sweet tea which is converted using scoby "it costs only pennies to make. I started for health benefits (can not really show everything right now), but will continue to soft drinks, such as taste and natural carbonation. I am very sensitive to sugar (I get bacterial infections) and caffeine, but I can drink several liters of this day without problems. (I brew with sugar free stage for sure though) is pretty weird and scary, but you may want to stop by a food store and tea GT Kombucha sample (n ' try not Carpe Diem mark, he is evil). It is not cheap to 4 million bottles, but you can prepare yourself if it's good you like it.
