Baby Allergic

Baby AllergicWeaning your baby on solids

Once your baby has completed its fourth month you can start weaning him on solids. A couple of signs that your baby when he is ready to start solids are:

1. He began to drink less milk.

2. He feels his lips when he sees you eat.

You do not want to leave no later than six months when it will be harder for the baby to learn how to coordinate taking food into the mouth and swallow, because he is too used to sucking.

Do not give your baby solids before he has completed four months because the digestive system is not ready and you can create unnecessary problems. I heard old women mothers of adding the powder to flow last night for a baby to sleep through the night until children are four months. Please do not do that!

Food Preparation

aec Place a teaspoon of baby powder in a bowl

aec Add a little boiled water hot

aec Stir the mixture until it is smooth

aec Change to a plastic spoon (I find the spoons from KFC are ideal and saves costs)

Get ready baby.

aec Try to feed baby before bathing as it can be quite messy.

aec Place it in a carry chair so that it is properly supported.

aec Give once a day until it is ready for more.

aec It is not necessary to sterilize bowls and spoons. Just normal washing is sufficient

aec What to put on the steak before you start.

aec Take a little of the mixture on the tip of the spoon

aec Put it in the baby's mouth

aec Baby will make a funny face which is the most typical reaction of the first spoonful

aec Baby will not take food as adults, but try to suck as if the consumption of a bottle

aec Get a new baby experience will not know how to swallow, but if the food will dribble on. Do not worry if the food continues to dribble out, just continue to scoop back in the mouth

aec If the baby is very active, you can keep placing a hand on her hands and body

aec Be patient and do it slowly

aec If the baby starts crying and refuses to eat, stop and try again a few days later

aec If he likes it let him finish the food

aec Continue feeding and excavation until it is all gone

aec Give him some water from a bottle after it has finished feeding

If baby likes his solids, continue with a teaspoon per day for one week, then increase to two teaspoons the next week, gradually increasing according to his appetite. Please note that this small quantity does not replace a stream of milk. After he has finished eating and took his bath give him his normal milk feed but if he can not finish, do not force it. As the amount of solid increases, it takes, you can reduce the amount of milk accordingly but only for solid foods that will eventually replace.

After one month of plain rice powder then add vegetable powder, and if there are no signs of allergies, you can use other flavors of ready to eat foods. You can also try to increase to 2 meals per day. I think six months before, it is more convenient to use food packages than the amount they eat is too low to justify the time and energy to cook food.

Six months to go, you can start making homemade food for him. What do you cook will depend on whether you want to offer a Western-style cuisine or Oriental. Personally, I find it easier to offer Chinese or local cuisine that I can put meat, rice and vegetables in one pot until the child is older and has teeth chew other types of foo.
