Baby Food MakerHow do I make baby food from scratch?

Will I have a baby in September or October and would like to make my own baby food from home instead of spending money oddles to buy in a shop How can I find recipes for this year and did I need to get a baby food manufacturer, or can I use a blender? So I saved baby food jars how long the baby food I made last? Help please Thanks! Also, if anyone knows of any recipes or where I can find thats also helpful?

Homemade Baby Food is quite simple: steamed vegetables or boil until tender, then puree in blender. Add water to dilute their proper consistency, a little thicker than breast milk to eating again, and gradually thicker as your baby grows and experiences of many foods. Fruit should be slightly cooked or served raw, as a lawyer. Avoid typical allergens such as strawberries and vegetables of the Solanaceae family (tomatoes, eggplants, peppers, etc.) until your child is old enough not to need food pureed. I stored mine in ziplock bags in the freezer - an ice cube tray is very convenient because you can freeze portions of food 1 oz , I usually do enough at some point to use for about a week with my two older children. Unless you know how to can properly, do not use jars of baby food saved - plus it is healthier and much safer to keep. Also, keep in mind that babies do not need pureed food at all. My youngest child has gone directly from exclusive breastfeeding to the management of soft fruits and food table by himself at about 18 months. I skipped the stage of baby food with him because he was eager bottle. Congratulations and good luck with your baby!

This site will tell you almost everything you need to know! I just used our blender when my son, but you can use a food processor, magic, etc.

You can use a mixer. I made my own baby food. You can search for recipes on the websites:) T
