Barefoot Contessa Chocolate Cake

Barefoot Contessa Chocolate CakeI want to make chocolate cake individual .....?

(Using a cupcake pan or ramekins) with a cake recipe Barefoot. In her recipe, she said to cook in a skillet 8 inches round and bake for 40 minutes at 325. Is my time and the change of time cooking? Please help!

This will make 12 cupcakes. Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes.

Just put a stick satay, rods, etc. butterknife through and check its cooking ..
When the knife or satay stick is being taken on the cake if it is ..

Dry = done
A few moist crumbs on it = need to cook more (maybe about 5 minutes)

U can start checking the cake after baking 10 minutes or so .. To determine how much more u need to cook .. :)

Oh yes, you have the cooking time is about to change .... I bake at the suggested temperature, but decrease the time of 15-20 min. Just check from time to time to see if they are made with cupcakes ... , I usually just stick a toothpick through them, like the cake to see how far they are long.
