Posted on January 21, 2010.
Bees DisappearingHas anyone heard about the bees disappearing?

I saw part of a segment, a morning news program for NBC. I caught the tail of it. but they said something about the way millions of bees disappeared.has anyone had heard of it.

Yes. There are several theories. The first is that it is caused by cell phones.
At one time it was said that the human race could not survive more than 4 years without bees Tan. They are also important for pollinating.

Yup Bees start the action by about 70% of everything you eat pumpkin / watermelloms grain that livestock eat. I do not think we have 4 years

I was in the newspaper

He has been on the news and in newspapers for weeks. Ultimately, experts disagree on the cause. One day, a hive is healthy and working and the other bees have disappeared. They also noted that unlike past problems where there were lots of dead bees to consider, there are no dead bees this time. They are simply gone. Of course, they are dead, but not to the hive. This makes determining the cause of the most difficult.

ago I saw on my home page at www.verizon.yahoo.com

I heard about the U.S. report on agriculture, the other morning. They said it could be due to both a virus and a bacterium that bees are Contracting Parties, or cell phone towers that pollute their navigation back to the nest. Nothing definite has yet been set.

Yeah, I heard it was due to millions of used cell phones. In a study to detect cell phone use on brain damage it was found that no evidence was found showing signs of brain damage. But bees are not as lucky.
