The best diet foods absolute? I intend to lose about 25 pounds. within 3 months, give or take a few days. I am dedicated to everything you need, in the exercise, etc. I just need advice on the absolute best foods to eat while I am dieting to lose weight most effectively. I know it all about fiber, etc. I just need the real names of the best foods for me to eat 1000-1200 calories per day. I know, I know I should get at least 1200 and blah blah this is not healthy for only 1000 colors or your body thinks you are starving it - Tell me something I do not know: what are the foods most absolute of a diet to lose about 10 pounds per month.
Various studies have shown that a high fiber - low fat diet is best for weight loss. For simplicity, a vegetarian diet. Almost all plant foods are rich in fiber and low in fat, while the feed is high in fat and no fiber. (Muscle fibers of an animal does not count as dietary fiber.)
