How to lose love handles and thigh fat? and what is the best diet shake to use? I have heard that if you work a lot, then you can make your legs look bigger is to put on muscle, which i could use methods to prevent this from happening? and What is the best diet shakes to use?

We accumulate weight in different areas, however, we can not reduce the place. That means we have to lose weight everywhere. In addition, the exercise will make you thinner - do not worry about your legs - will not happen.

Protein shakes are a dime a dozen. However, a protein drink high quality that is both home and nutritious is a rare gem. Most protein drinks today have walked the path of least resistance - cheap and potentially dangerous sweeteners, sugar alcohols (to lower the number of carbohydrates is expected "), and protein sources are often unreliable ... and accompanied by claims that the most outrageous grams of stuff.

Below you will find this recipe, the ingredients used the exact complete. It takes less than five minutes to do and keeps me full for 2-3 hours. There is less than one third of the cost of an out-of-the-box MRP (meal replacement product) and contains 1/10th the number of ingredients - and it is a good thing. If you can not pronounce it, it's probably bad for you. And it tastes fantastic!
Mix the following in a blender of high quality:
1. A measure of the protein fills Jay Robb's Egg White you will need to adjust this amount to your body weight. I use up to 1.5 grams times my weight (max) and as low as 1 gram times the weight of my body did two shakes per day. For me, it's between 20 and 35 grams of powder. Jay uses the best available sources, including cattle without hormones and stevia, an herbal sweetener, to its excellent protein. There are no additional carbs to speak of one ingredient and Bare Essentials-wise. Jay is also a whey of high quality. I will often combine the buttermilk and egg white powder, with a little more than half a ball each.
2. An egg raw (without cage) Do not worry about cholesterol or get food poisoning. These claims are mostly hype. You need high quality protein and fats in the egg. Most people try to go low fat content in a protein shake. It is a mistake, that fat is essential for the digestion of proteins. As for the contamination: roll the egg on the counter. If it wobbles, you are safe to eat. I used this technique for ten years and I have not had a case of food poisoning consumption of raw eggs. Oh, and it makes the drink taste better protein (believe it or not.)
3. Five grams of L-Glutamine L-Glutamine powder (I use the Jarrow brand) is one of the healthiest you can supplement your diet with. L-Glutamine has been shown that one of the most powerful nutrient for both recovery and the recovery of immunity. Bodybuilders take up to 25 grams per day of L-glutamine cycles during training hard, I had to do as well. It makes a huge difference in performance and well-being. It is bad taste, too.
4. Five grams of creatine monohydrate If you want more power and fullness of the muscle, good old creatine monohydrate (the substance non-fancy monohydrate just for me) works like you would not believe. Five grams per day is all it takes. Since L-glutamine, it is tasteless. I use Bra Jarrow.
