Biochem Whey Protein

Biochem Whey ProteinHow much protein and dextrose should I eat as a woman?

I am a woman, and I'm looking to focus a little. I am in a healthy weight range, but I would descend to the lower end of that spectrum. After research, I understand that I must do weight training until my muscle mass - if I burn more calories at rest. Currently, my routine consists of 15 minutes of high intensity cardio and 30 minutes of weight training - 4 day tour per week. I always knew it was good to have protein after training in the form of shaking, but I'm just now heard of dextrose. I ordered Biochem whey protein - the natural flavor, and 2 pounds of dextrose. The problem I'm running into is what I read on protein and dextrose are men. Should I take a different ratio as women? I'm looking to tone, not bulk up. In addition, such changes should I start to notice when I'm on the subject? Will it be immediate results, or should we take the time to take effect? Any information on this technique is welcome. Good ways to measure glucose, work routines, etc. I have already lost 10 pounds doing things my way, but I'm starting to slow. Any information on how to break a plateau would be too great. Thank you in advance!

Women have a requirement a little less protein. If people require 1.5 grams per 1 pound of LBM, then women need 1.25g per 1 pound of LBM. This is the recommended level for building muscle.

Your dextrose may be 2x your workout protein after party.

Regarding the tone "up" vs. "bulking up", please consider that women can never be as muscular as men without steroids. It's not possible that hormonal and women have less testosterone than men. Since beginning the fastest growing, and if everything is perfectly set up (a big IF), a man would be lucky to gain 26 pounds per year. A woman half. Thus, approximately one pound per month. Only for beginnners and muscle is built after less and less. As you can see, "bulking up" for women is almost not going to happen - less steroids and I do not think you're juice. ??

You do not see immediate results, the protein / dextrose is not magic. It not only helps to recover and repair. People back in the day did not use dextrose or the perfect ratio between protein / dextrose and they grew very well. Since its use, there were no monsters suddenly in the street. So this is not magic.

You measure success in building the muscle becomes stronger during your lift. If you do not get stronger than you are not building muscle.

For your board, I would first like to look at your diet. The whole diet. How many calories in relation to your weight. How many grams of protein. grams of fat. grams of carbohydrates. Your food choices .. etc. etc.

80% of our success in building muscle or losing fat is based on our food.
