The book is the Stop & Go Fast Food Nutrition Guide by Steven G Aldana, PhD. It has a color code food in all restaurants of the national chain so they are red, yellow and green. The red is for "Stop!" Yellow is for "Warning!" And the green "Go!"

As Steven Aldana explains in the book there are one weapon wielded by the enemy in most restaurants. And not only to you. Most often, this weapon met its mark, and will soon end your life if you do not resist.

This weapon is trans fat. The natural oils that are chemically modified so that they become "partially hydrogenated". It gives them more life and therefore they can be sold cheaper. And at lower cost makes them attractive to most companies.

But trans fats are the worst foods that you can possibly eat. This led to the labeling of foods needed to trans fats in the grocery aisles. But there is no requirement for foods sold in restaurants because it is sold hot.

So you do not know how many companies use trans fat. But they use a lot more than you think. It is much easier to use the fat as cooking oil, because they do not need to be replaced as often as healthy natural oils.

But God created the natural oils and nutrition is perfect for you. And while the natural oils should always be consumed in moderation, they are much healthier for you than anything modified or transformed.

The Stop & Go Fast Food Nutrition Guide has listed all the major restaurant chains in the United States. The guide is very useful for anyone who eats a lot. When you see a red food, you know to stop. And when you see a yellow food, you should not eat much.

But when you see green foods, you know you can eat without having a crisis of conscience. The book also has summary of its results, the classification of a number of popular restaurants from worst to best.

the worst is the specialty breakfast at Denny's and know Waffle House. Next is "traditional food fast" with high levels of menu items in trans fat fries: Burger King and, KFC and McDonald's.

Mexican food follow with suitors like Taco Bell, Del Taco and Taco John's. A little better for you is Italian cuisine in places like Sbarro. Pizza Pizza Hut is increasing on the scale of health.

Better still some traditional fast food restaurants that do not use any trans fat to jump with. These "good" companies include Chick-fil-A and In-N-Out. Healthy foods are always found in healthy Asian Panda Express, which does not use trans fats for frying.

The top-o-the-job, as are the best sandwich shops like Subway and blimps, and the Boston market. At Subway, for example, you can order vegetables on your sandwich if you want. And God wants you to have.

God wants you to live a long and healthy life. He has created many delicious and satisfying fruit and vegetables you eat, and do a lot of leaves and other edible plants for you.

Receive the seal is only the beginning. God gives life and He waits for you to eat properly so that it provides for you. If you eat in restaurants much, or even just occasionally, it can show you how to get a little closer to God.
