Breast Milk Trays

If you express milk with a breast pump or to relieve breast engorgement, to get the baby used to taking a bottle to share with dad feeding, or if you return to work, or just prefer to feed by bottle, so here's my advice to start.

For baby to drink from a bottle, let baby play with the first bottle. (When it is empty or with boiled water). Then they could put in their mouths, suck a little maybe, and must be familiar with it.

If you express milk with a breast pump, this store in the freezer. You can store it in special bags to store breast milk or you can freeze it in ice cube tray, then put the frozen cubes in a snap lock bag in the freezer.
