Brewing

Brewing... Brewing?

My buddy put in beer and other things. Now he is making mead. advice for us? especially for mead, as it is our first time and we really do not want to miss!

Patience, above all ... especially in the mead. Honey makes a fermented much longer.
The basic general rules:
Sanitation is the key ... keep everything you work with and touch disinfected.
If you are not sure how much yeast to use, always opt for too much nor too little.
Make sure you measure your weight before getting yeast so that you may be able to know how much alcohol is your beer when he ... well, it will tell you whether or not it is done.

Once again, do not forget patience. A good mead will have at least six moths goes well, and it will be even better.
