Calamari Pasta

The consensus was that the noodles need something, perhaps more of a sauce. What is something free for squid, but still light? I do not overwhelming sauce. I think that making a white sauce with a little lemon basil. Thoughts?

some chopped fried onion and some fresh tomatoes Nice with a hint of sugar.

light dressing, served cold. Add diced red and yellow peppers, some red onion.

Or perhaps a touch of balsamic vinegar.

I would go with a good marinara sauce.

What is a light mix of olive oil seasoned with a little lemon pepper?
