Canning Baby FoodWhat is the healthyest how to make baby food, like pears and peaches so that they do not brown?

I want to make food for my baby, but peaches and pears, etc. always brown what can I do to stop it? I want to freeze. Can I use the powder material when you use canned fruit? Is it safe?

a little lime juice or lemon to stop them going brown! I use it all the time working in my restaurant on things like apples and Avacado:>

I made all my baby food and made the pears and peaches and it froze and it never turned brown. I never said. If I added bananas it would be brown, but I just confused and it was nice!

Even if it was a little brown is not a big deal, it will not harm your baby.

I've never had a problem with peaches or pears turn .... just put them in ASAP gel after cooking and mashing. If you have a problem, you can try lemon juice first and if that does not work, the fresh fruit.

You can try to warm them before freezing. Heat inactivate the enzyme that causes browning. Therefore canned peaches from browning.
