Chicken Pox Pictures

Posted on February 12, 2010.
Chicken Pox PicturesA person may have chicken pox twice in life there?

My brother had chicken pox back when he was like 5-7 years. Now he is 14 years, and red spots begin to leave him. I looked in google images and typed in red spots and the picture looks like chickenpox its spots. But I thought you can get. If you're a doctor or has any information on this please give me an answer to this

Yes it can happen.
kisses

My doctor told me it's rare, but possible to get chickenpox twice ... T-he or he had a high fever??? There of smallpox and regenerative bursting?? Does it itch?

It may or may not have chicken pox, so make sure you do not come in any contact with one of his bodily fluids ...

**** EDIT **

I agree w / "S" I think it might be shingles, but some symptoms are a bit more "serious" (no threat to life or something) and varicella (although dispersion in the disease can be severe) .... what symptom your brother???

Although I am not a doctor and I had to go back when I asked the nursing school and asked my mother if I had never had chickenpox as a child. She told me that I had twice as a child, aged under 13 years.

YES! You can get it again, but it is rare
if not full-pox blow-com, you can get it back

Sometimes this happens, especially if its first case of chickenpox was mild

its very rare but if you have a specific type of Desis or somthing then maybe you are not rare. hope ur brother gets better! :)

It is possible.

Chickenpox can occur only once. Shingles, which are in the same family as chickenpox can occur several times.

Not chicken pox, which happens once in a lifetime.

Not a doctor, but I know that you can not get the chickenpox (varicella) twice. There are many, many other skin rashes, caused by bacteria and viruses, which can resemble chickenpox.

Regarding herpes zoster (shingles), it does not look like chickenpox. Shingles travel paths of the spinal cord nerve on the trunk and face and is characterized by extreme nerve pain and painful blisters, but only in specific areas, not the entire body.

This article lists (many!) The conditions that can cause rashes:

Yes, they you can. As someone said above, it is usually when the first case was mild.
