Chili Chocolate

I received a box of Vosges (upscale and exotic) chocolate truffles, truffles and had chilli in them had green mold growing between them. Why is it only the w / chili?

The enemy of the ganache is moisture. What happened was probably something in the ingredients have a smidge of mold spores and moisture allowed it to grow.

Vosges is a large company, you should write for them to explain what happened, they should be able to give you credit or something to get the new batteries.
