I think we all ate chocolate covered fruit. It is one of the most wonderful taste combinations, chocolate and strawberry, or chocolate and pineapple.

Making chocolate covered fruit is not only simple but also very elegant looking when preparing desserts for guests.

The easiest way to make chocolate covered fruit is to buy chocolate chips and melt them. I bought two dark chocolate and white chocolate. I'll buy either chips or bars, then melt over low heat.

All fruit must be dry before diving. If you wash the fruit, make sure to paper towel off the water, so that when you dip the fruit is dry.

I line a cookie sheet of waxed paper and after dipping the fruit of transfer on the wax paper. I then refrigerate.

Mix and match the strawberries, pineapple wedges, maraschino cherries, apples and pears. I also dipped dried food to add to the plate as I do. If you do not use white chocolate, try using marshmallows, and dipping half of the chocolate marshmallow, so you have lots of white showing on your shelf.

I have seen beautiful skewers with mandarin used as spacers. Dip your fruit in chocolate and put the orange slices, UN dip them in the middle of your fruit breeding.

Try strawberries or maraschino cherries and adding them plunging to the top of pudding or ice cream for a beautiful visual style.

Make or buy a pound cake. Cut the cake into squares book. Dip half the square of chocolate and mix on the platter with your dipped fruit.

When using fruits such as strawberries and pineapple you are able to have green on your plate also serves.

Are you feeling brave? Once you dip fruit, try sprinkling coconut or chopped nuts over chocolate. If children will eat the fruit, try sprinkling M & M's or Reese Pieces over the fruit.

It's fun to hold trays of dessert with fruit varied some in white chocolate, milk chocolate, some with nuts on them, and some coconuts on them. Experience and enjoy a delicious dessert still very simple.
