Try any of these.
Psylium straw fiber, flavor of the UN and a box or a package of Slim Fast, a little water and ice. If you use the fabric dries quickly Slim you must add all additional ingredients in blender liquid.Place and Whiz way.
If you do not find the fabric envelope unflavored fiber psylium try the orange-flavored chocolate or vanilla Slim Fast go well with orange.
