Nigella sativa, black cumin, Al-Souda Habat, Habat Al-Barakah, "seed of blessing", Kalonji Hindi, Persian or daneh Siyah, these are all names for the same plant, native to Southeast Asia West that the Prophet Muhammad exalted its medicinal properties.

Narrated Khalid bin Saad RA: We went out and Ghalib bin Abjar RA accompanied us. He became ill on the way and when we arrived at Medina he was still sick. Atiq ibn Abi 'came to visit him and said: "Treat him with black cumin. Take five or seven seeds and crush them (mix the powder with oil) and place the mixture into both nostrils, for 'Aisha reported to me that she heard the Prophet saying:' This black cumin heals all diseases except-Sat 'Aisha said: "What Did Sam? He said, "death". "(Bukhari)

When it is cooked in vinegar, and then rinses his mouth with it, it relieves the symptoms of a toothache resulting from sensitivity to cold. When inhaled in powder form, it will contribute to the water that accumulates in the eye. When used in a bandage all mixed with vinegar, it heals spots and ulcers on exposed skin and breaks down mucus and acute tumor tough.

Thus, many other benefits of black seed have been identified in the book "Prophetic medicine", but as with any type of medication, the author cautions against excessive use. Twenty-five grams is the recommended dose, and eat the black seeds beyond has been known to be fatal.
Modern science has empirically proven beneficial properties of Nigella sativa, its oil has been found to help relieve the symptoms of asthma, bronchitis and cough.
There is also ongoing research into this plant at Kimmel Cancer Center at Jefferson in Philadelphia, headed by Arafat Hwyda, MD, Ph D. "
Using the daily black seed surely prevent many diseases, boost your immune system and energize your body.
In truth, the Prophet Muhammad the truthful, the trustworthy, do not speak in vain. If his teachings were followed by humanity, our souls and bodies would be cured of any disease.
