If you have a baby, you've probably noticed that you're constantly heading to the store to buy more supplies. Whether you're buying diapers, wipes or food, it seems that the less people to make us buy more than we ever!

Of course, many people enjoy shopping, and even do
for fun, but few of these people include grocery shopping in this category. That is why many parents are seeking ways to avoid stocking their pantry with tiny pots of baby food, opting instead for healthy, affordable food and delicious home baby.

The three main reasons for making your own baby food (other than not having to run to the store yet!) Are as follows:

1. It is more affordable
A pot of (non-organic) peas, sweet potatoes or carrots will cost at least $ 0.20 an ounce, while if you buy fresh or frozen organic ingredients and prepare them yourself you'll spend less of $ 0.04 per ounce. In addition, most foods available on the aisle for baby food (applesauce, for example) are exactly the same as those sold in the canned food aisle, but may be double the price.

2. It is healthy for your baby
Although it is very surprising, some of the most trusted brands of baby food are not as healthy as we expect them to be. In addition to the natural ingredients on their labels, manufacturers may add thickening agents such as flours and chemically modified starches. These charges may reduce the nutrient content of food up to 50%.

3. It takes less of a toll on the environment
For each bottle, jar or package of baby food you buy, you add to the burden of trash on Earth. Even glass jars, which can be easily recycled, always take energy from fossil fuels to create, label and sterilize. Then there is the cost of transporting goods to the supermarket. Discard disposable diapers can be difficult, but switching to homemade food for baby is an easy way to be green.

There are many reasons to make your own baby food, but the best part is that it's really easy! In fact, I've never considered buying prepared foods, because it seemed easier to take the things I had in my freezer, refrigerator and pantry, and transform them into delicious and good for you my baby food eaten.

Here are three simple (and I mean really, really simple!) Baby Food Recipes. In fact, calling revenues could be an exaggeration, but I'll do it anyway!

1. Smashed Peas
Step 1: Take a bag of frozen peas from the freezer
Step 2: Measure about 1 cup in a bowl in the microwave
Step 3: Place the bowl in the microwave and cook until thawed
Step 4: Place the thawed peas in your blender, add a little water and mix
Step 5: Feeding peas to your baby store extra in the refrigerator or freeze for later

2. Extra special grain
Step 1: By following the instructions on the box, make about 1 cup of cream of wheat
Step 2: Take a bath 16 oz sour cream or plain yogurt from the refrigerator
Step 3: Take two 4 oz containers of applesauce in the pantry
Step 4: Mix well and feed your baby store extra in the refrigerator or freeze for later

3. Yummy Yams
Potato Step 1: Clean a yam or sweet substance and put it in the microwave to cook
