There are a reputable supermarket, or warehouse market where I can buy durum wheat (semolina) flour? I tried a few important markets, and even areas where there are stores that focus on cooking, but i cannot seem to find anywhere that deals with durum wheat or semolina, one in the same.
You should be able to buy semolina flour easily at any large supermarket or organic co-op. Whole Foods may also have.
Another place to find the great King Arthur Flour is Flour Co. ( http://www.kingarthurflour.com/). They can ship seminole flour bags in 3 books.
Bob's Red Mill is a brand specialty that makes all types of meals (including meal, I think), linseed, etc. They start to sell in my local grocery store (and my local grocery store only sells anything different from the common brands). Fresh produce market and Whole Foods should have it as well.

shaws market it in the organic / aisles.stop speciaty and shop in the section of the flour and the basket section. of organic market that has mold in cooking Italian grocery section.any will be a selection of better quality than large chains.
It depends on where you live. Since wheat flour is the basis for making pasta at home I would try either a health food store or specialty store Italian.
Most major supermarkets have hard wheat flour in the flour section.
