A good cheese pasta easy chicken recipe? Looking for something delicious to make for lunch. Something for Mom, Dad and the kids is easy and involves chicken and pasta. Any great recipes?

It's easy to do!
8 ounces cream cheese, cut into pieces
3 / 4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine
1 / 2 cup milk
8 ounces fettucine, cooked and drained
Directions:
In a large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth. Toss pasta with a light sauce, coating well. freeze leftovers well.

Chicken Spaghetti
Cooked chicken (shredded or cut into very small pieces)
3 / 4 box of spaghetti
jar of Velveeta
1 small jar of salsa
Cook the spaghetti, add the chicken pieces shredded chicken, Velveeta and jar of salsa, stir and cook for 20 minutes at 350 covered. Furthermore, controlling the amount of liquid with care, it is not supposed to be impertinent Soupy ... add more if it is too spaghetti Soupy since the pasta absorbs the liquid.
I also tried to use as a mild cheese sauce, Tostitos Salsa least, but it might be a little too spicy for kids. If you try this version, please do not use the whole box of spaghetti, it will be dry.
