Fish RecipesFish Recipes?

I just realized at the age of 22 years that I am absolutely lurrrrrve fish. I want to eat more.
In many fish recipes out there? I like spicy food.

Please, no seafood :-)

Welcome to the club of fish eaters! I love fish, with the possible exception of catfish. Here are two of my favorite recipes fish easy

Cajun fish with red beans and rice:

Use any white fish fillet (about 1 / 4-1 / 2 inch), but I generally use rockfish or snapper. Rub fish with olive oil and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning. Marinate for about half an hour, keep refrigerated while marinating.

Grill the fish on a grill pan inside. You can bar-b-que, but it could slip through the grate. Since cook very fast, you probably only need about 2-3 minutes per side.

Meanwhile, sauted 1 / 2 chopped onion and green pepper, chopped med in about a tablespoon of olive oil. To this, add a can of red beans and rice Zataran, red beans and rice and Roni foloow instructions on the box at the end

Serve the grilled fish on top of red beans and rice, topped with some chopped tomatoes.

Tacos Grilled Swordfish: Swordfish steaks season with a mixture of olive oil, lime juice, cumin, salt and chili powder to taste.
corn or small flour tortillas fajita size
Shred cabbage quick (or use bagged "angel hair" slaw mix).
Med chop tomatoes, cilantro and a lawyer to small caps.

In a saucepan, sauted chopped onion until tender med. Add 1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes grilled (hunting), 1 / 4 cup chopped cilantro, 2 cloves minced garlic and simmer about 15 minutes. Then add 1 / 3 cup dry white wine and a cup of sour cream. Cool and mix in a blender to liquefy. Use it as a sauce on the fish tacos.

Put a little sauce on a hot tortilla, add a few slices of grilled swordfish, topped with tomatoes, avocado, cilantro and cabbage. Add a little more sauce on top if you wish. Pass the lime wedges.

Salmon catfish fired, baked or grilled, mahi mahi seared tuna not well cooked.
