Healthy Diet For ChildrenPosted on February 17, 2010. Does this mean that not having a healthy diet, I could have a child with a kind of birthdefect? Ive been making since I designed prenatal. My diet contains foods that are not very healthy. For example, spaghetti, meat, chicken, juice orders fries, sauces, like that. I do not know how other people have healthy children, but I have four healthy children with a VERY twins, and I ate like shit during pregnancy, healthy eating is your body as children, they take the nutrients they need from your first body, and I was tired of my three pregnancies .... But I still take my vitamins. I eat everything I ate before, except the things I am not allowed to have. I'm not going to change my diet and stress about what I eat. My baby is very active and healthy! A healthy diet is good for you and your baby. When I was pregnant I drank a coke 6PACK per day, tons of visceral and ice cream sandwiches, Taco Bell, anything remotely healthy. This is the only thing I wanted ... undesirable. My daughter is very healthy. I still to this day eating junk and I am healthy and, probably would never be on the cover of Fitness Magazine, but that's another story. :) No, I'm sure sphaghetti is not a bad food! And you should eat proteins / meat in your diet. Of course, do not gorge on junk food or tons of fat, but do not worry too much about it. Try to stay away from sugary drinks like soft drinks / caffeine and Twinkies and stuff, but otherwise, just eat a normal variety of food and try to be healthier than normal if you think your diet is terrible, and you only need to get 300 extra calories per day for the baby, do not double the normal dose! I do not eat fruits and vegetables recommended but I am trying to get at least one banana a day and try to stay away from deep fried foods and sweets and soft drinks, I never drink: ) until today, I ate a peanut butter sand whole wheat, a glass of milk, banana and a piece of spam I think it's very good:) much too drink Water:) The defects comes from the use of alcohol, smoking, uterine infections and genetics. No bad habits. You may gain too much weight, which could affect the way you offer (if there are complications due to your weight ...) But it seems to me that you eat foods that are great! your food is very good! when I was expecting my first, you know what I eat every day was McDonalds! Honestly, the only side effect he had for me is that I gained 50 pounds during pregnancy! (After I got it, it took me eight months to get back in shape!) Then just include fruit juices, even if it is one drink per day, you'll be fine! That could make a baby with a birth defect is a complete lack of folic acid or folic acid inadequate. as long as you do not eat all junk food (like ice cream, cookies, chips), then it should go, but it may take more time to recuperate after the baby is born. The biggest thing is getting enough calcium, but people in India and Africa have a higher risk of birth defects because they are malnourished, and certainly not enough folic acid, calcium and iron. I didn't eat completely with my son and it is healthy 2 years. Whats unhealthy with chicken, meat, spagehtti, and the juice? That all sounds good to me. the things u listed the fried foods are the most unhealthy. spaghetti is good to give you energy from carbohydrates u. beef meat u need it fills u up. chicken high in protein. India and babies in Africa many of them DONT MAK. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
