Healthy Diet Plan

Posted on February 26, 2010.
Healthy Diet PlanWhat a healthy diet (no pills) have you had the most success with?

What diet did you have the most success with? Weight Watchers, The Biggest Loser diet, etc., plain old healthy eating in moderation, etc.?

What is best for you, and why?

Diets do not work, they are difficult to hold. If you really want to lose weight and keep it for a few good things you have to do. Portion control, eat what portion is TRUE! Eat six small meals instead of three large, Eat more fruits and vegetables and whole grains. Reduce your protein we as Americans eat more than our bodies really need any way. And exercise, even if you just add 15 minutes a day walking in your day, you begin to lose weight, if you do everything else too. You do not stop eating what you want, just eat in the parties rather than to correct what we have become accustomed. If you do this, you will lose weight, maybe not as fast as you want, but you will lose weight and keep you. The faster you lose weight in general faster than you gain back. We need to eat more like our parents did and much like the media want us.

Honestly, what works best for me is to eat a diet rich in fiber (lots of grains and whole grains) and count all. unique. calories. on fitday.com. More cutting alcohol .... is deeply depressing how many calories in a pint of beer. I also joined a local fitness 24 hours and has stayed 2x/week, and I hope that once to my work schedule settles a bit. My dropped 8 pounds in January ... ten more to go and I am a new Minx thin.

I tried the South Beach diet, in the past, and failed induction well. I never had much of a sweet tooth, but when you absolutely * can not * have all high GI foods you * want these releases.

I started watching everything I ate and everything.
(Not just a diet) but now I'm a vegetarian and its soo much better than not being one.

Meat / Protein: Tuna, deer, turkey, chicken, buffalo, egg whites

Vegetables: broccoli, carrots, potatoes, romaine lettuce

Other: Oatmeal banana or honey, yogurt per day, protein shakes after workout dinner, wild brown rice
