YUMMY

Ingredients
1 (4 lb) spaghetti squash
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
1 cup grated Romano
pepper salt and lots of black crushed
Instructions
For squash in microwave, cut in half and seed. Put water in a dish 1/4-inch microwave. Place squash in dish, cut side down - sides overlap. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 13 minutes. Reserve 1 / 2 cup of liquid in a bowl. Shred squash and add the spaghetti into a bowl with liquid.

To boil the squash: cut in half and scrape the seeds. Boil squash until tender, 15 to 20 minutes. Pour 1 / 2 cup cooking water into a bowl, then drain them and shred the squash. Transfer to a bowl with reserved liquid.

Mix squash with reserved liquid and season with olive oil extra virgin, lots of cheese, salt to taste, and lots of black pepper. Serve.

It looks very healthy and is a step by step ... The first site tells you how to prepare the squash for roasting and you do not cut it in half until it has been roasted. Great! They are really hard to decide when they have not opened yet been cooked.

I just cut it in half, clean the seeds, rub them with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake, cut side down. I also used pesto to add a little more flavor without adding calories.

I'm not sure if this is the same, but the South Beach Diet is one delcious!
