Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers

Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster CrackersA snack mix using Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix with oyster crackers, pretzels, nuts etc. I need a recipe?

Use any combo you have:

Savory Ranch Chex mix

Ingredients
9 cups
Corn Chex ®, Rice Chex ® or Wheat Chex ® cereal (or any combination)
2 cups
small pretzels *
2 cups
cheese crackers bite-size
3 c. soup.
butter or margarine, melted
1 / 2 cup
grated Parmesan cheese

1 packet (1 ounce)
Hidden Valley Ranch ® Salad Dressing & ® Original Seasoning Mix
Preparation
Preparation time: 15 min.

Mix, pretzels and crackers * writhes in big bags Glad ® plastic food storage. Add remaining ingredients and seal bag. Stir to mix well.

* If serving to children under four years, failing to pretzels.

Makes 13 cups.

OUT oyster cracker

2 bags oyster crackers
½ cup Wesson oil ®
1 tablespoon dill
½ tsp teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon celery salt (optional)
1 packet Hidden Valley ® Salad Mix
¼ cup grated cheese (Parmesan or Locatelli)


I
na plastic container, combine oil, dill, garlic salt, salad dressing and grated cheese. Quickly pour the biscuits and mix well. Place the lid on. Stir occasionally. Store in container. You do these few days in advance. They keep well. You can also bake at 250 degrees for 15-20 minutes if you prefer crisper.

3 (6 oz) package Cheddar cheese Goldfish crackers or oyster crackers 18 oz
1 (2 ounce) envelope ranch dressing mix
3 teaspoons dill
1 / 2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 / 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 / 4 c. teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 / 3 cup vegetable oil


Place the crackers in a large bowl.
Combine remaining ingredients, pour over the biscuits and toss to coat.
Transfer to two ungreased 15 by 10 inch pans and bake at 250 for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool completely and store in an airtight container.

My kids like it hot. So, I double the amount of cayenne powder and dill.
