High Protein Vegetarian RecipesWhat are good high protein recipes that are vegetarian?

So here's the deal ... I spent the last month really try and lose weight. Have a pretty good job. Worked before, but decided to do more of cardio, diet and losing excess weight. But now I want to go into training. I want to gain muscle but stay thin. I'm sick of eating meat every time. What are good protein rich meal I do not need much meat? I'm not completely cut meat from my diet, but I got sick of all the protein-rich meals than I did before. Any sites I can watch a few good recipes?

the best thing I can say is for breakfast eat two pieces of toast with peanut butter with three egg whites. breakfast quality protein, you can get Oh, and if you want a ball of whey proteins in the blender with milk and strawberries and you'll be able to man.

but if VEGAN

then try chickpeas, lentils, legumes, etc.
NUTS and seeds, etc.
(Although they contain loads of Afat!)
