Chinese food in a place and they had Hokkien noodles and I want to do! Does anyone have a recipe?

Hokkien Noodles

A simple and quick to make recipe is a stand alone big meal the whole family will enjoy. It only takes 15 minutes to cook and you have a great meal.

Ingredients
400g thick noodles
a handful of cabbage or mustard greens
100g of meat (pork or chicken) - mince
10 prawns or fish fillets
3 cloves garlic - finely chopped
2 v. tablespoon oyster sauce
2 v. Tea thick dark soy sauce
1 / 2 c. sugar
Salt and pepper
2 cups water (more or less)

Method:
1. C. Heat 2 tablespoons of garlic oil and stir fry until fragrant. Add beef and cabbage and stir for one minute.
2. Add noodles and water with all seasonings. Cover and simmer until noodles are tender. Some pasta may be quite stiff and hard so it might take a little longer to cook.
3. Once the bid Add the noodles in the shrimp. Bake for 2 minutes. Check the seasoning. Dishes and serve hot

Chicken Noodle Hokkien Stir Fry Recipe

This fantastic chicken recipe is healthy, filling and easy!


500g chicken breast fillets (without skin), sliced
500g of noodles Hokkien
1 tablespoon peanut oil
1 teaspoon sesame oil
150g onions (about 1 medium), sliced thick
1 clove garlic, crushed or finely sliced
2 teaspoons ginger (fresh is best), shredded
200g red pepper / pepper (about 1 medium), sliced
200g green pepper / pepper (about 1 medium), sliced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon cilantro (preferably fresh), chopped coarsely
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (preferably fresh), chopped coarsely


Hokkien noodles Rinse under warm water, then drain.
Put the noodles in a large bowl and separating with a fork.
In a wok, heat peanut oil and sesame oil.
In batches, brown the chicken in the wok.
Delete the last batch of chicken from wok.
Add onion, garlic and ginger to the wok and stir-fry until the onion is tender.
Add the red and green peppers / peppers and sauted until softened.
Return all chicken to wok with noodles, lemon juice and sweet chili sauce.
Sauted until all ingredients are hot.
Just before serving, add sesame seeds and herbs.


Servings: 4.
Duration: 15 minutes.
