Hello people! I'm looking for an jalapeaħo jelly that is widely available. (And no, I'm not making this up, whatever your recipe Nice!) Has anyone registered for me?

During the next week I expect to use about 2 liters for a special occasion that I'm running. I am in Calgary, and we have all the big chain stores in Canada, it should be somewhere. Thank you people!

really raw sound

Being a former leader of Canada, I made hot red pepper jelly several times for drinks and for use in sauces, jalapeno jelly is from the same, like all fruit pectin jellys and preserves the prime issue of most grocery stores sell all year round now in the driveway alongside the pudding or in the section of spices.

There ares ome powder generic and brand Certo, and liquid enough to make your two weeks special order from your supplier porduce, 5 pounds of jalapeno peppers and get 3 packets of Certo pectin or generic, a After you take peppers, seeds and all run by or food processor, not all mashed chopped to a purede, then 3 liters of water measured, three pounds of white sugar and juice 2 lemons or 2 tablespoons bottled measure fruit juice, a bay leaf, salt and chili paste.

Bring to a boil, then after it has been boiled for 5 minutes turn the heat and add your pectin, stir and strain the pulp and seeds, you can add a little green food coloring, it will be green, but not brilliant. I recommend clean snap top jars or a plastic insert to hold in.

cool to room temperature and then to cool overnight, as I said I made red pepper jelly with dried chili flakes, cayenne pepper and paprika. The kickoff will be there, if you do not use lemon juice, vinegar is good, but much will affect pectin power setting.
