different formula for drops of jam? I'm in the mood for cooking jam drops; The recipe I use, I get bored with, do you have a good recipe for drops of jam that you could share with me?
my recipe I use;
6-7 tablespoons butter
3 / 4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla Ess
1 egg
1 3 / 4 cups cake flour (shifted)
Preheat oven to 180 -190 degrees
Cream butter, sugar until fluffy, add egg and vanilla ESS, mix well.
Add a bit of cake flour at a time, mixing until the dough.
Pour into bowls on the tray covered with baking paper,
with the bottom of a wooden spoon, dip into flour to make a bad wells, place 1-2 teaspoons of jam.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with milk,

Chocolate Cookies and fingerprint CHIPS
Yield: 30 servings
1 Hershey Semi-Sweet C
-Chocolate Chips, divided
1 / 4 C butter or margarine
Softened
1 / 4 C shortening
1 / 2 C sugar
1 egg, separated
1 / 2 ts vanilla extract
1 c all purpose flour
1 / 4 ts Salt
1 c finely chopped walnuts
Heat oven to 350'F. In a microwaveable bowl, small safe, place 1 / 4 cup
chocolate chips. Microwave on HIGH (100%) 20-30 seconds or until
the chocolate is melted and smooth when stirred; cool
slightly. In mixer bowl, combine butter, shortening, sugar,
reserved melted chocolate, egg yolk and vanilla and mix well. Stir
flour and salt. Roll dough into 1 "balls. With a fork, lightly beat
egg white. Dip each ball in egg white, roll in chopped nuts. Place
balls on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch. Press center of each
the ball with your thumb to make indentation. Bake 10-12 minutes or until.
Remove from oven and place immediately several other 3 / 4 cup
chocolate chips in center of each cookie. Remove carefully
a cookie sheet on wire rack. After several minutes, swirl melted
chocolate in each fingerprint. Cool completely.
Makes about 2 1 / 2 dozen cookies

Yield: 18 servings

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups butter
8 ounces cream cheese
3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp teaspoon baking powder 3 tablespoons white sugar
2 cups of fruit jam all the flavor
1 tsp teaspoon ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, combine butter and cream cheese together. Sift together flour, 2 tablespoons of sugar and yeast. Stir dry ingredients into creamed mixture. Knead the dough by hand for a few laps.
3. On a lightly floured surface, roll out dough to 1 / 4 inch thick. If dough is too sticky, refrigerate for half an hour. Cut dough with a round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass. Place about 1 / 2 teaspoon preserves in center of each circle. Close cookies through hoops fold in half and press edges with fork to seal. Place cookies on prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes in the preheated oven.
4. In a small bowl, mix remaining 1 tablespoon sugar with cinnamon. Roll cookies in sugar mixture while still warm from the oven.

1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
1 / 2 cup almond paste (2 ounces)
2 egg yolks
3 tbsp flour
Milk 2 tablespoons
Orange juice 1 tablespoon
Pastry. Mix softened butter and cream cheese. Stir in flour. Cover and children.
