Turkey Soup Ingredients 6 servings -1 C. tablespoon olive oil -4 Carrots, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced in half moons -1 Onion, diced -3 3 / 4 cup household or low-sodium canned chicken broth -1 Cup all-purpose flour -1 / 3 cup yellow cornmeal -1 C. teaspoon baking powder -3 / 4 teaspoon salt, and more for seasoning -1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese -3 / 4 cup frozen corn, thawed -1 Large egg -1 / 3 cup milk -3 / 4 pound cooked turkey, cut into 1 inch cubes (about 2 cups) Pepper floor Heat oil in large saucepan over medium-high.
