In fact, these days when I prefer to feed my own images of tantalizing salads with assorted breads multi texture, pasta and rice and a whole spread of other exotic dishes come to mind . You see, I worked in a very short time that my commitment to health through a vegetarian lifestyle is not a chance if I did not get excited about cooking and eating. After all, cooking and eating was a bit of a passion for me.

In the case of my relationship with food, it seems that nature has a way to provide us with ample nutritionally that could be high or low in calories.
