Can you please name me some foods rich in fiber and low in sodium? What foods are rich in fiber?
What foods are low in sodium?
all foods can you name or lacto - vegetarian (no meat, fish or eggs?) please!
Thank you very much!
In-oats
-Apples
Quinoa-
La Tortilla Factory Low-Carb Tortillas-(my favorite).
- Non-preserved (dried) beans and legumes such as beans, Pintos, white / Great Northern beans, chickpeas, lentils, black beans, etc.
- Whole wheat pasta
- Linseed (buy milled rice and add it to smoothies or oats)
- Barley
- Almonds (unsalted)
- Fresh or frozen, like peas, artichokes, corn, brussel sprouts, carrots, potatoes and baked.
Basically, the whole "food (ie the less it is processed) plus sodium. If you go with canned beans, for example, you'll get a lot more sodium.
Good luck!
Prunes, beans, carrots, bran, wheat germ, broccoli
apples, cerial sound, no whole wheat, green leafy vegetables
Fruits and vegetables are good. :)
