This delicious sound.
Sweet Potato Pie Shepards Beef

2-1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 / 2 cup butter or margarine
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves crushed garlic (or 2 tablespoons of crushed garlic)
1 / 4 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup beef broth (make your own!)
2 eggs, beaten
(If the egg yolks with only those under 12 months, use 4 egg yolks)
1 tsp teaspoon rosemary
1 / 4 c. teaspoon pepper
2 packages 10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
4 sweet potatoes cooked and mashed
Half teaspoon nutmeg

Brown meat in large skillet, then remove the meat and place in a bowl for later.

In a medium saucepan, melt 1 / 4 cup butter and fry onions and garlic until they are clear. Remove the pan from the stovetop and add the flour (as you would during a roux). Gradually add beef broth. Bring mixture to a boil, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Gradually add the eggs (or egg yolks). Add sauce, rosemary and 1 / 8 c. teaspoon pepper to meat and mix well.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. (We like to use a thin layer of pure olive oil!)

Spoon half the meat mixture into prepared pan. Arrange the eggs, end to end in a circle in the center of the pan, spread the spinach over the meat.

Mashed sweet potatoes in a food processor with remaining butter, nutmeg and pepper. Extending a cup of spinach puree on. Add remaining meat mixture and then spread over other mashed sweet potatoes.

Bake for 35 minutes or until hot.

OR

Turkey / Chicken Pasta and Cheese

My mother did not give us the meat and fish to 8 Mons old, but she steamed vegetables and fruit such as squash, sweet potatoes, apples, carrots and peas. She would use a blender and add a little water and sometimes a little milk to keep it soft, then the strain and feed.

My baby loves a Su.
