Malt SyrupIs it possible to make royal icing flavored malt with malt syrup and malt powder?

I malt syrup, and I also have something called the malted milk powder, which I think is the same as the malt powder. Please let me know if this is possible, and if so, how do I add. Links appreciated as well!

If you have a recipe with cocoa powder, you can substitute malt powder. The syrup sounds like it may be more concentrated, but you can substitute 1 TB or so for corn syrup .......
