Next semester I am taking 19 hours of credit, and on some days, my school schedule does not allow much time to eat in the morning and afternoon. I try to make sure I eat something at least a couple of times during the school day, I lift five times a week and I try to put some muscle mass. A lot of food stores such as Whole Foods Market, Trader Joe's, the market for the mother, and Earthfare has a wide selection of protein bars. If you have a blender or something that can approximate its function (eg, fork or Eggbeater manual) - buy fresh fruit, "mixture" of your meal freshly cooked sinigang or nilagang manok ... they are all in good health. Have always cereals, Quaker Oats instant Nesvita. You can mix in your favorite fruit with them (bananas, mangoes). Even add a little chocolate powder or syrup - so you meal includes dessert. Reid you have the health bars to dtors healthy foods. they are good and nutritious and filling a bit ... the morning, you can try a vector or granola cereal is filling and delicious.
