How much water in a steamer in the microwave? Hello,
I recently bought a steamer microwave Lakeland (20steamer http://www.lakeland.co.uk/microwave-multi-steamer/F/product/10619?src=gamic&sq=microwave%). Unfortunately, it came without instructions, but I think it should be very simple. The only question I have is much water should be added to the database. I intend to use it mainly for the steamed rice but also vegetables.
Any advice greatly appreciated!
I use a rule of thumb is one tablespoon of water for each cup of food (as the lid is on!)
