Milled Flaxseed

Milled flax, how can I eat without choking?

I bought 21 packages of milled flax seeds. I tried to drink it like a shot, but it's horribly ugly.

Is this something that I did not notice in oats? I am a very picky, but I want to insert it into my diet somehow. Suggestions?

pour over cereal with milk or bake with it
