Natural Protein

Posted on January 27, 2010.
Natural ProteinHow can you make a protein shake with ingrediants natural, such as whey protein, without "powder?

I'm 13. I am not a body builder, but I do not want to be able to take a natural protein drink that keeps me healthier than I already am. And what I mean by natural disasters like the stuff without whey protein powder, like doing household with natural items. Examples of this would be like milk, fruit, and stuff like that. And if I can do that, then how many times a day should I drink?

Sincerely,
Quinn
Thank you! = až

Try some protein shake recipes can be found here http://www.protein-shakes.ca

I am doing for my children without protein powders (and sometimes - depending on what they ate that day and their activities that day), but sometimes with milk or soy milk instead. Regarding the number of times a day, it really depends on who you shake recipe using and what the rest of your diet is like. If you have a good balanced diet and you're not training heavily, it is not really "need" to have your food as a protein shake - its just sometimes convenient and sometimes a treat instead of junk food.
