Natural ProteinPosted on January 27, 2010. How can you make a protein shake with ingrediants natural, such as whey protein, without "powder? I'm 13. I am not a body builder, but I do not want to be able to take a natural protein drink that keeps me healthier than I already am. And what I mean by natural disasters like the stuff without whey protein powder, like doing household with natural items. Examples of this would be like milk, fruit, and stuff like that.
