Natural Sea SaltIf you want to add natural Himalayan sea salt to Romania or RODI water for remineralization, how?

I read that RO and Rodi (And of distilled water) can be re-mineralized using Himalayan sea salt (It looks like the safer - and more natural). He is also supposed to help with the pH to make it more like normal parameters. However, too much salt water in the body can be bad for the kidneys overtime to eliminate excess salt. How much sea salt could be added to 1 gallon of water safely for remineralisation without compromising our backs and not "taste like salt water? I know they can not handle the sea water, which is 35 ppt or so, but what is enough? Curious.

Depending on your age and your health, a quantity of salt is probably too much. There is so much salt in processed foods that you would not need to add any other outlet. The addition of salt is probably not useful in the long term unless you have a condition that requires complete the sodium ions. This is rare and 99.9% are much better without it. Also, remember that the calcium and magnesium ions are a normal part of things like water wells and are not harmful for most people. Some of the things that others in many natural water sources are harmful.

Regarding the pH, the important things in the sense that there are things such as bicarbonate ions from the source that are a bit off by things such as purification RO. Home RO equipment based on local water pressure and membranes that can be used with this low pressure does not purify the water as well as one might think.

absorbed gases are the main factors as pH. Unless you plan on purification and storage of water under argon atmosphere, it is not practical to worry.
