Nuoc Mam Recipe

I have two recipes that I use here, but my mother's friends, he is better than me. I asked her the recipe but I do not think she wants to share her secrets lol. If you know a good way to do then please share it with me. Thank you in advance.

I think you are talking about Nuoc Cham?

Which is essentially water + fish sauce + fresh crushed red pepper
sugar + garlic + Sometimes my mother is marinated carrots (actually I do not know the name of it, but it is a vegetarian white root. Well, if you are Viet I think you know what hell I'm talking about).

Play however you want. Some like it spicy and sour, while others like it sweet or spicy as I've seen.

well ... you can simply buy those already in bottle at the grocery store ... =)
