The main ingredients are butter, organic cashews, dates, organic agave nectar and organic brown rice protein. They are 80% gross, with 8 g protein, 10 g fat, 21 g sugar, 4 g fiber. They also have the Greens in them. In a word: no. NO! If you do not have their ODNT all the nutrients necessary for your body to take a daily multi Shure vitiam with them. Also eat 18 grams of protein per day is super bad, and reading the bar type, isnot an entire protein makeshure to include chicken, meat or fish in your dinner. But it sounds OK if you like. you need more vitamins than those bars provided. You need to eat raw fruits and vegetables to offset the difference. Al little extra protein is not bad either.
