Organic Food Bar

Posted on March 6, 2010.
Organic Food BarWould I be healthy if I just eat more often simply organic raw Food Bars?

I was eating a ton of raw food bars. The main ingredients are butter, organic cashews, dates, organic agave nectar and organic brown rice protein. They are 80% gross, with 8 g protein, 10 g fat, 21 g sugar, 4 g fiber. They also have the Greens in them.

If I eat those for B-FAST and lunch, you think I'm going to succeed?

In a word: no.

You need more than just nuts, cashews, dates, agave nectar, brown rice and live. You are depriving your body of several nutrients and calories by sticking to what for breakfast and lunch.

This is not because he said "gross" and "organic" does not mean that you must live among them.

NO!

Variety is the key to a healthy diet. We can not live on organic cashews.

Remember protein, carbohydrates, fatty acids, vitamins, calcium, etc.

Too many people put too much importance in the plans for raw food. With a limited choice Foodista most commodities malnourished Look for me. They look weak, tired, and usually pale. More humans have adapted to cooked food to digest the highest nutritional value. For example, cooked tomatoes release more vitamin C in the human body than the first.

Really, you can enjoy a chocolate shake ....... mmm ............

If you do not have their ODNT all the nutrients necessary for your body to take a daily multi Shure vitiam with them. Also eat 18 grams of protein per day is super bad, and reading the bar type, isnot an entire protein makeshure to include chicken, meat or fish in your dinner. But it sounds OK if you like.

you need more vitamins than those bars provided. You need to eat raw fruits and vegetables to offset the difference. Al little extra protein is not bad either.
