How arrabiata pasta? Please give me a recipe for pasta arrabiata.
Olive Garden Penne Arrabiata Recipe
1 / 3 cup olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
1-1/2 tsp fresh garlic, chopped
3 cups fresh tomatoes, crushed
1 16 oz can tomatoes, diced and drained
1-1/2 cups tomato puree
1 / 4 cup red wine kitchen
1 / 2 c. tsp dried basil
1 / 2 teaspoon dried oregano
1 / 8 c. teaspoon dried thyme
1 / 4 c. teaspoon black pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 pound penne pasta, dry
Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
Mince garlic. Heat olive oil in a heavy Dutch oven over medium heat. Add onion and cook 10 minutes or until onions are very soft, stirring frequently. Add garlic and cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Add remaining ingredients, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, stirring frequently. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook penne according to the method of packing. Drain well and transfer to a service
flat. Pour sauce over pasta. Garnish with freshly grated Parmesan cheese and serve.
