Pea ProteinPosted on January 26, 2010. How did Pea protein isolate compared with WHEY Protein Isolate in terms of digestion and absorption of time? I want to use pea protein, but want it in and absorbed into my system quickly. No type of protein is absorbed more quickly than whey .... it gets into the bloodstream in as little as 1 / 2 hour after ingestion!
