Pea ProteinHow did Pea protein isolate compared with WHEY Protein Isolate in terms of digestion and absorption of time?

I want to use pea protein, but want it in and absorbed into my system quickly.

No type of protein is absorbed more quickly than whey .... it gets into the bloodstream in as little as 1 / 2 hour after ingestion! In addition, the whey protein molecules more complete protein than did peas, and the chain (more BCAA branched, amino acids).
I'd stay with the whey for at least 75% of your protein supplement, especially just after exercise. I use pea protein with my carbs morning breakfast hotel, where they last longer and digest more slowly.
