Pomegranate TreePomegranate Tree????

I planted a seed in my tree Pomagranate Pomagranate she does well? I water every 2 days. Is there an easier way to plant one??? My friend told me that you can cut a branch and paste it into the water (can you do that?) I want to know how much sun it likes and how it can be watered? I live in a warm climate. Please help!

pomegranetes are sub tropical plants requireing coast to no more than 200 miles and temperatures no lower than 0 degrees Fahrenheit, or about -13 degrees celsius.

keep warm and the sun. if fresh water outside and do too much if hot water.

Once again, you can cut a branch of wood and paste it into the water. with a little luck and perhaps the root of hormones you can see some roots that gives you a new plant

It should grow, but the cultivation of fruit from seed is not really the way forward. You can get a variety that is very different from the mother, while a cut, if you can get to the root, giving you the same charactaristics. Try "rooting hormone" (ask at the garden center) and installation in just fine earth Nice kept moist. I bought my Pomagranite for about 15 USD and is already flowering beautiful, I recommend strongly

Mother and sister both started from seed grenades. I now have two plants: the death of his sister and mother moved to another country.

These plants are not hardy and must be grown indoors in winter to protect them from cold.

They make great indoor plants as you understand they defoliate in winter. Squeeze the faithful to make them bushy. The previous answerer is absolutely correct, the plants started from seed may be very different from what you have collected the seeds from, especially if the parent is a hybrid.

Mother and sister were both fanatics for "free" plants. sister vines grown from seeds of kiwi - she says, they are simple, it can be started. It also starts the vine from seed. Again, these plants will not be like their parents, but the sister was free from vines around his house - the most unusual. These two elements are also deciduous.

They started lemons, grapefruits, oranges and from seed, too. I still have a couple of those, too.

We have already had a pomegranate tree when I was a kid. We live in the desert and they grew very well ... even when it reached 118 degrees. They attract insects so bizarre. Here's a site that can answer your questions:

Here is information on the planting of seedlings and how to care. A lot of info, but its under "Culture" ... luck.
