Achieving a high level of fitness To understand exactly what is fitness, or what it means to be "good", we must define what we can have a clear understanding of what, how and why. Right? It almost drove me crazy trying to find a definition for physical fitness and being fit! I searched the internet and the writings of the organizations leading the industry and found it very strange, misleading and confusing definitions. Not everyone wonder struggles to reach a state that has no clear definition! Nothing like mad? Well let me share with you what my definition of fitness is. You see, creating a fitness program without clearly defining what it is that the program must deliver is ambiguous and not let you clear about what you had to do to achieve the result you want. I think the definition of fitness is crucial to your success. The key to understanding the methods and achievements of the fitness program are integrated perfectly into our vision of fitness and in some exercise science base.
