Protein For WomenHow many proteins that women should eat?

I am 160 cm and weighs 110 pounds. How much protein should I eat?? The women there ... What type of protein and supplements you take??? Is this 100% Whey Gold Standard protein good for women???

Depends on your goals, you want to maintain or gain muscle? To gain muscle eat at least 1g of protein for every 1 pound of lean body mass. To maintain muscle cut that number in half.

I tried different protein powders, but they prefer Maximuscle - Promax (UK brand).

I would stick to 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. Make sure you use a chemical high quality whey free product
