Proteins Powerbars MORE good for after training? im trying to decide Powerbars proteins and the recovery meal after i workout. it sounds like a good bar food, but if your doing a lot of cardio training and conditioning so I suggest you use sports drink during and after the workout to replenish your energy levels. also drink lots of water when doing cardio.
