Protein PlusProteins Powerbars MORE good for after training?

im trying to decide Powerbars proteins and the recovery meal after i workout.

its 30g of protein and carbohydrates 30 or 33.

anyone try this?

, and 30g for training of low to moderate with no real muscle exercises direct?

AMI is a lot of cardio, and judo and kickboxing.

not more than two hours of conditioning of the Lax-moderate.

it sounds like a good bar food, but if your doing a lot of cardio training and conditioning so I suggest you use sports drink during and after the workout to replenish your energy levels. also drink lots of water when doing cardio.
