Proteins are the building blocks of all living things. Proteins are made of non-essential and essential amino acids, which are both equally important in building muscles and cells in the body.

There are many people who go out for regular work. It becomes very important in these sorts of people to have an adequate amount of protein in their diet. regular gym goers and people who regularly work in general tend to go for protein supplements like energy bars or protein drinks.

The main benefits in moving from a protein shake is to recover more quickly from fatigue to operate, maintain lean muscle mass due to consumption of protein such as whey protein that are low in fat and carbohydrates but rich source protein. It also helps to act as a meal replacement therapy, in the sense that if you regularly take protein shakes in your meal, you can easily skip a meal as the time elapsed since the protein shake provides enough calories and more necessary at this particular time of day.

There are different ways to make a protein shake, but listed below will be the best and easiest way to make a balanced meal for your shock. Once the milk and protein powder are mixed, the mixer must be turned off and all the fruits of your choice must be added. Fruit can be added bananas, raspberries, strawberries etc which would give a good flavor and freshness to the shock.

The ingredients should then be mixed well in the pot in the average speed or higher speeds so that all be well mixed, and the fruit is completely folded with the milk. A tablespoon of virgin coconut oil can be used to give a flavor of coconut to the shock. Coconut oil increases the metabolic rate and tends to contribute to the achievement of weight loss at a faster pace. It also helps to reduce certain risks associated with cancer and other cardiovascular risks.

Flaxseed oil can also be used in the earthquake due to the different roles of flaxseed in daily diet. Flax seeds are rich in omega three fatty acids and thus play a major role in reducing cholesterol, hypertension and arthritis.

The shock is now ready to drink a delicious taste of your choice. Shake it must be after 15-20 of your workout because it is then that the body needs protein to a maximum extent.

Protein shakes should normally be made with simple but strong flavors to mask the taste of the protein as such. The flavors can include fruity flavors like bananas, raspberries, strawberries etc or flavors like chocolate, vanilla, nuts, honey and toasted almonds or crisis.

Protein shakes can be prepared for various purposes. It can be used by some to gain some weight or lose weight. People who go for protein shakes for weight gain tend to use 2% or whole milk with extra protein powder in the recipe mentioned because it helps to gain weight.

People who are dieting to lose weight tend to use skim milk in the recipe because it helps to build muscle.

People who are allergic to dairy products can use soy milk. Soy milk is also an alternative for people who tend to go on a low carbohydrate and cholesterol free protein shakes.

Care should be taken as used fruit and milk used must be fresh, otherwise they may harm your body. natural fruit or nuts whatever used must also be rich in protein because it increases the energy you receive from your Shake. It is always best to go natural flavors rather than using artificial flavors or synthetic, because they can cause damage to the body to an end.
